Scan takes too long
- Large themes and heavy metafields can slow scans.
- Try scanning a draft theme or reduce large asset sizes.
Missing data in reports
- Confirm the connected Shopify store is correct.
- Check permissions in your Shopify app settings.
- Re-run the scan to refresh data.
Not receiving notifications
- Verify your email address in Settings.
- Check spam filters and allowlist the sender.
- Make sure notifications are enabled.
