Troubleshooting

Scan takes too long

  • Large themes and heavy metafields can slow scans.
  • Try scanning a draft theme or reduce large asset sizes.

Missing data in reports

  • Confirm the connected Shopify store is correct.
  • Check permissions in your Shopify app settings.
  • Re-run the scan to refresh data.

Not receiving notifications

  • Verify your email address in Settings.
  • Check spam filters and allowlist the sender.
  • Make sure notifications are enabled.
