These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Store Scanner (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

Store Scanner provides read-only analysis of your Shopify theme files and store configuration. We do not modify your storefront or theme. You are solely responsible for any changes you apply based on scan results.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing, plan limits, and features are shown in the app and may change from time to time. Taxes and payment processing are handled by our payment provider.

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with scanning, or use the Services to violate any law, Shopify policies, or third-party rights.

Reports are generated from the data available at scan time and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that recommendations will be accurate for every store.

We own the Services, including the software, branding, and content. You retain ownership of your store data and theme files. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Services integrate with Shopify and may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms or availability.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice if changes are material.
